NO REFUNDS: Registration fees, donations, and related Event purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by the Event organizers in writing. This policy applies if you cannot attend, choose not to participate, register by mistake, or are removed for failing to follow Event rules.
TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED: Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant before the transfer deadline set by the Event organizers. The new participant must provide required registration information and must agree to the Event waiver, privacy policy, and all Event rules before participating.
HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSFER: To transfer a registration, email the Event administrator at the contact address listed on the website. Include the original purchaser or participant name, the registration email address, and the new participant's name and email address. Do not sell or transfer a registration through an unofficial channel.
SELF-SERVE TRANSFERS: The Event may offer account-based or self-serve transfer tools in the future. Until those tools are available, transfers must be handled by email with the Event administrator.
PRICING DIFFERENCES AND FEES: Transfers do not create a refund right. If a transfer involves a category change, late change, processing cost, or other administrative fee, the Event organizers may require payment before completing the transfer.
EVENT CHANGES, WEATHER, OR CANCELLATION: The Event may be delayed, modified, postponed, converted to a virtual format, or cancelled because of weather, public safety concerns, public health guidance, permitting requirements, emergency conditions, low participation, or circumstances outside the organizers' control. No refunds are guaranteed for Event changes, postponement, conversion, or cancellation. If the Event is changed or cancelled, organizers will communicate available options, if any, by email or through the Event website.
